Glengarra Place Apartments is a federally funded HUD project providing low income housing for seniors. Supported by the Missoula Housing Authority, this project utilized the experience and depth of the Quality Construction team as a local commercial general contractor to help wade through the bureaucratic red tape involved with a federally funded project.
