Mytty leads the company by holding it to a single goal: make every building a
successful investment for the client.
Right from the start
At the very beginning of a project, Bill will sit down and present a frank
evaluation of its feasibility within the proposed budget. With a sixth sense gained
from 30 years of experience, he’ll uncover potentially costly problems. Bill will
point out pitfalls and offer suggestions for saving time and money. Bill also
makes sure the design and materials will keep the building as maintenance-free
as possible. In short, Bill gives clients all the information needed to make informed
decisions.
Keeping it on track
The moment any Quality project is underway, Bill actively oversees the
building process. He is in the field making sure that all subcontractors and employees
are doing the best work possible. Bill sees to it that Quality buildings adhere
to strict sequencing, function ideally and are built with Quality control. And
if the client decides on changes, he’ll find the fastest and most cost-efficient
way to incorporate them.
Beating the clock
A missed construction deadline is the first step toward a loss of investment
for the client, so Bill simply doesn’t allow missed deadlines. If he meets an
unexpected delay due to outside factors, Bill responds with ingenuity and hard
work, not excuses, and he demands the same from every Quality crew member. As
CEO, Bill performs a complex balancing act: finishing the building on time, while
making sure it works right for the client—right from the start.
