Building on experience
Roughly 18 years ago, Kevin Mytty joined Quality to help run the asset management business and to assist his father Bill with construction and development issues. Since then, Kevin has worked in nearly every area of the company: from building an award-winning custom-home division, to developing and building various commercial real estate projects and residential communities. Because of this experience, Kevin has become adept at coordinating and overseeing operations for all Quality companies. He's been vital to our growth, our success in the region, and our reputation for quality work and honesty.

Knowing your project means knowing you
As an expert at organizing design/build teams, Kevin is skilled at working with owners and architects. He has a working knowledge of land acquisition, zoning issues, design, construction, contract negotiations and labor relations. Consequently, Kevin asks the right questions and gets to the bottom of your needs as an owner. He knows how to assess your building site, how to interpret your plans, how to translate your needs into brick, concrete and steel. Most important, he knows how to bring the various members of your design/build team together to help ensure everyone is on the same page. It doesn't matter whether you're constructing a retail center, a multi-tenant office, or a residential facility, Kevin gets to know your project by getting to know your needs.

Right to the end
Even once a project is underway, you'll meet with Kevin. He'll continue to work as an advocate on your behalf. He'll look for ways to maximize your budget, to improve your facility, to help ensure you get the building you need. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, he'll make sure they're resolved.
