Millennium Building - Missoula, Montana

Buildings over 2 or 3 stories require many special considerations in regards to earthquake protection and structural stability. At 10 stories, the Millenium Building in Missoula is one of the tallest buildings in Western Montana. Success of such projects is dependent upon a very close working relationship with structural engineers and architects plus extensive knowledge and experience of the general commercial contractor. Quality Construction was able to implement a special deep foundation system and concentrically braced steel frames with a mix of concrete and metal floors to assure the successful construction of this Missoula landmark.

Missoula Art Museum - Missoula, Montana

Located in the historic downtown area of Missoula, the Missoula Art Museum is a true gem within the community. The unique design presented several challenges to Quality Construction as the extensive remodel melded the 100 year old Carnegie Library Building with a new contemporary expansion and renovation to create an ideal exhibit hall. Close communication between the construction team and the architect allowed for the hugely successful transition from the old to the new.

Play Ball Missoula Stadium - Missoula, Montana

Home to the Missoula Osprey professional baseball team, the Play Ball Missoula Stadium is as unique and special as Western Montana itself. Quality Construction was chosen as the premiere commercial contractor for this outstanding project because of its reputation to be able to work through the biggest of challenges and the tiniest of details in bringing a one-of-a-kind project such as this to a successful completion.

University of Montana Stadium - Missoula, Montana

Along with the continued national success of the University of Montana Grizzly football team, there has also been a continued increase in the demand for ticket sales. To meet this growing demand, Quality Construction was brought in as the commercial general contractor to put together this challenging design. Complex features of the new expansion include seating and a 4000 sq ft clubhouse cantilevered with steel 24 ft above existing facilities.

University of Montana Law Building - Missoula, Montana

Sporting a long history of honor and integrity in the education of Montana's attorneys, the much overdue construction of a new law building for the University of Montana was awarded to Quality Construction. The awesome design of this new facility is now fully handicap accessible and will serve the needs of the future law community for many years to come.

University of Montana Adams Event Center - Missoula, Montana

Originally built in 1953 the Adams Event Center and Dahlberg Arena was designed to house the University of Montana Grizzly men's basketball and Lady Griz basketball teams. When needs changed and demand grew, the Adams Event Center eventually underwent a major renovation and expansion by Quality Construction. The Event Center is now the largest indoor event venue in Western Montana with over 7500 arena seats and well over 14,000 sq ft of floor space on the arena floor. It is now the home of big concert events, trade shows, large special events and virtually any kind of indoor athletic events.
